Know More About Urinary Bladder Cancer

Cancer has now become a fast spreading disease among the humans. Though there are effective cures for the disease, the delay in detecting the disease has turned to be deadly in most of the cases in the past. Urinary cancer is one of the different forms of cancer seen nowadays.

What is urinary bladder cancer?

Urinary bladder is a bag like structure that stores urine until it is expelled from the body. The condition when the inner lining of the urinary bladder turns malignant is called urinary bladder cancer. It may be commonly found in adults though the disease can occur at any age. Urothelial cancer is the most commonly found form of urinary bladder cancer. This tumour can arise from any part from renal cycles, renal pelvis, uretr, bladder to urethra. It requires serious follow up as well.

How is urinary bladder cancer diagnosed?

The common symptoms for urinary bladder cancer are presence of blood in urine, painful urination and pain in the pelvic region. Usually ultrasound scans or CT scans would suffice in detecting the tumours. Usually and endoscopy and the following biopsy will confirm the condition.

How is urinary bladder cancer treated?

Endoscopic resection can clear the area of the tumour cells. Chemotherapy might be needed in some cases depending on the condition. If the malignant cells have spread to the adjoining muscles and cells, the removal of urinary bladder might be imminent and might be the best possible solution. Early Signs of Kidney Stones that Shouldn't be Ignored

A kidney Stone is a condition where a stone is formed inside kidney and then it goes out through the urine flow if the size of the stone is small. But if the stones formed are bigger then it causes pain as it touches the walls of the urinary tract or will cause bleeding inside.

http://www.urologistindia.com/urinary-stones/

Preventing kidney stone means preventing stone formation, the food items such as spinach, chocolate, tea, nuts etc have some contents which can cause stone formation so reduce their consumption. Drink lot of water and most important factor never hold your urine for a long time.
The pain is the common factor that occurs in kidney stone which occurs in the lower abdomen and back. This pain is said to be one of severe pains, as a matter stones can cause internal bleeding. The other symptoms include restlessness, sweating, vomiting and frequent urinary urgency.
The diagnosis of kidney stone is done through several methods they include CT scan, ultrasound scan, intravenous pyelography etc. Clinical diagnosis is usually made on the basis of the location and severity of the pain.
Kidney stones differ in size as we said in the case of smaller stones treatments include medicines for pain control and also medicines to provide the passage through urine. For the bigger stones, the doctors can recommend a procedure known as extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). It produces vibrations inside the area where the stone is and breaks stones into smaller particles.
According to some studies about half of the people who had kidney stone reappeared within 10 years. So there is still a possibility and always stick with preventive measures.
